Tools and Programs We Use

Clarityflow– Asynchronous communication program that allows you to send video messages back and forth with ease.

Convertkit – All-in-one marketing platform, create forms, landing pages, and send communication to subscribers. The platform we use to send out our weekly newsletter.

Podbean – An extremely easy to use podcast hosting platform. This is the platform we use to host I 501(c) You – The Podcast for NonProfit Board Members.

Canva – An incredibly easy graphic design program. We use Canva to design any logos or graphics we use.

Lightworks – A video editing software. We currently use this program to edit our podcasts.  (Yes, our podcasts are audio only, but we use Zoom to record each one. Therefore, we have to use video editing software.)

Zoom – Video communication platform. We use Zoom for almost all of our meetings and for recording our podcasts.  (We record our  podcasts in full video, but we only use the audio portion.)
