As the ultimate leader, you have learned that being the CEO is different from any other role. The position has unique challenges, opportunities, responsibilities and experiences. (I learned this.)
There are times when you want a trusted advisor who will listen to you, who will challenge you, who will allow you to think through multiple options, who will provide you unbiased advice, and in the end who wants what is best for YOU. (Oh, how I would have liked to have this person.)
I created the “Strategic Advisor to the CEO” program to fill a need I had a number of years ago and which I observe continues today. CEOs need someone who has the leadership experience, who has the ability to listen and to engage, and who has the willingness to offer advice but to allow the CEO to make the final decision. I would be happy to serve you.
Every engagement is customized to your needs, but a typical arrangement is we meet twice per month for 6 months via Zoom for 60 minutes each. We will communicate via email, text and/or ClarityFlow between these meetings if necessary. Our meetings will focus on specific challenges you are facing and/or a predetermined topic in which I can help you. The time will not be wasted.
