Being a leader is simple; however, it is not easy. Here is a simple piece of advice which seems for some, not so easy: Do what you ask others to do. Stated in the opposite: Don’t ask anyone to do something you wouldn’t be willing to do yourself.
In short, if you want to strengthen how your are viewed as a leader, follow the same rules and expectations you establish for others. Simple…but for some, not easy.
